Store Manager
Cliff worked with Donald at Don’s Auto and Service for over 15 years. Starting from school, he worked his way up to becoming the manager and lead technician for Donald. Cliff is the perfect man for the job, he has the ability to recognize excellent customer service and high-quality auto repair in Albuquerque. Cliff is passionate about his store, his customers, and his team. He will do anything for the people who work with him, making him a great leader who truly leads by example! We are very happy to have Cliff on our team and excited to invest in his development as a leader. Cliff is a proud father and proud husband who enjoys family time, fishing, and motorcycles.

Jeremy is ASE Master Certified, BMW Member Certified, and our European Specialist in Albuquerque and Los Ranchos. He takes tremendous pride in his work and has proven that he can solve even the most difficult of problems. Focusing on BMW repair and service, Volkswagen and Audi repair and service, Mercedes repair and service as well as any other European vehicle repair in Albuquerque and Los Ranchos. He has embraced a leadership role in the company, helping to grow and train all the technicians in our company. He takes pride in seeing his teammates succeed, always giving credit to those around him. We are excited and blessed to have Jeremy on our team and appreciate how he is helping us develop talent throughout the organization. As a member of Subaru NM Car Club, he can be found supporting the community at many of the events they sponsor. During his time off, Jeremy loves to go hiking, riding his motorcycle, and soaking in the great weather that New Mexico has to offer.
John Potter
Technician
John recently graduated from the automotive program at CNM. As part of his requirements, he was to complete an apprenticeship shadow week, which he did with us. We recognized his talent and work ethic and offered him a full-time position within the company. John continues to gain experience and knowledge working with the supervision and leadership of the senior technicians at the shop. He is well on his way to becoming one of the best automotive technicians in Albuquerque.
